PBEM/PBP Campaign Idea

I was reading through the Knights of Kaldor website at http://www.harnmaster.us/knights/ and was curious if anyone has started or already done something similar using the HMG ruleset? I am a "old" 1st Edition Harn player that has been out of the loop for at least 20 years or so and am really focused on getting back into the game using HMG. I have a ton of webspace and ideas, its just a matter of putting it all to paper. I know it would take me quite a while to get up to speed with this version but I have a high hopes. Anyone have any recommendations or thoughts on how to get a project like this started?

PBeM

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're asking how to get started with a PBeM Harngame. For an answer to that I'll direct you to:

It's a good start.

Thanks, that helps a lot. I

Thanks, that helps a lot. I suppose a PBF runs pretty much like a PBeM game but is probably a little more organized, since everyone can see the running conversations and I am also guessing this helps it run at a slightly quicker pace.

PBeM vs PBF

Yes, they're pretty much the same. PBF offers a bit more in the way of media sharing and provides a nice archive for folks coming late to the game. What it also does (though I suppose this depends on how a forum site is organised) is scatter the messages about, making it difficult to determine the chronology between threads/fora.

PBeM lacks the facility for non-players to swing by and 'check up' on the game in progress.
