I may be able to find the answer in the Harndex, but can anyone (like Robin :) ) tell me what the Harnic word for hundred is?

That is: hundred = sub-division of a shire,
not hundred = 100

Thinking about it, what's the word for shire?

According to HarnPlayer (and correcting for the layout error there), shire is "irdiula" and hundred is "trevediula".
